At Burnout to Breakthrough, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching services and creating a positive experience for all our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle payments, cancellations, and refunds across our offerings, including 1:1 coaching sessions, coaching packages, group coaching, and digital resources.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all paid services provided by Burnout to Breakthrough, including but not limited to:

  • One-to-one coaching sessions
  • Coaching packages
  • Group coaching programs
  • Downloadable or digital coaching materials

2. Satisfaction Guarantee (First Session Only)

We offer a one-time Satisfaction Guarantee for new clients. If you are not satisfied with your first coaching session, you may request a full refund by emailing us within 24 hours of the session. This applies only to the first coaching session in a package and is available to first-time clients only.

3. Refund Policy

a) Refunds for Unused Sessions

Clients may request a refund for unused coaching sessions in a prepaid package under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made in writing (by email)
  • At least 48 hours’ notice must be given before the next scheduled session
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on the standard single-session rate for sessions already used (not the discounted package rate)
  • An administrative fee may be deducted to cover processing costs

b) No Refunds for Completed Sessions

Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances. You are responsible for showing up, engaging fully, and applying the strategies discussed during our time together.

c) Non-Refundable Elements

The following parts of any coaching package or service are non-refundable:

  • Onboarding and assessment time
  • Welcome materials or digital resources
  • Sessions missed or cancelled with insufficient notice

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and charged in full, unless due to a genuine medical or family emergency.
  • No-shows (missed sessions without notice) will be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling.

One-Time Courtesy: We understand that unexpected challenges may arise. In rare cases, a missed or late-cancelled session may be waived as a one-time gesture of goodwill, at our discretion. This is intended to support open dialogue and maintain engagement, not as a guarantee or ongoing policy.

5. Installment Plan Terms

If you choose to pay for your coaching package in installments:

  • You are contractually committed to paying the full amount, even if you choose to stop attending sessions midway
  • No refunds are available for remaining sessions unless agreed at our discretion
  • In rare cases, a partial refund may be offered if only one or two sessions have been used, minus administrative fees and the standard session rate

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
